A business seminar organized by the JETRO was successfully held at the Embassy of Japan in Mongolia.

At the event, Ms. B. Ariunzaya, Partner Lawyer at “Alison & Kate Partners” LLC, delivered a presentation on the topic “Legal Environment for the Business Operations of Japanese-Invested Companies in Mongolia.”

The presentation highlighted the legal framework governing Japanese-invested entities operating in Mongolia, key characteristics of the business environment, existing challenges, as well as future opportunities and trends. It also addressed practical legal considerations for investors, supported by real-case examples and professional experience.

The seminar served as a valuable platform for strengthening Mongolia–Japan business relations and enhancing understanding of the investment and legal environment.
